1. Can simulators operate without an Internet connection?

Yes. All systems support both local (offline) and network (online) modes, allowing training even in field conditions or facilities without stable connectivity.

No. Thanks to the Compact-VR concept, simulators can be deployed even in a standard classroom — without the need for special facilities or expensive equipment.

Yes. Patron VT systems are designed for easy integration into military training center processes — without changing training methodology.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to several months — depending on the system configuration. All simulators are delivered, installed, and tested by Patron VT specialists directly at the customer's site.

12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate. During this period, full warranty coverage applies to both hardware and software. Support can be extended under post-warranty service terms.

Support has two lines:
• first — remote (phone, e-mail, video call) with response within 4 business days;
• second — on-site troubleshooting or component updates.

1:1 scale replicas are used with authentic weight, ergonomics, and realistic ballistics.
